Hayes partnered with Caxiam to act as their in-house team to build and support their locums platform, allowing physicians to securely submit their education and work experience digitally. Physicians are able to fully disclose any malpractice claims against them, list references, special credentialing, and even military service.
This information is validated to ensure consistency and then packaged to be digitally signed by the physician via Docusign. The information is then encrypted and stored for safekeeping. As time passes, Hayes has the ability to re-credential a physician, requiring only a review and signature by the physician rather than a brand-new application.

Hayes screens each potential candidate and submits only the top few physicians matching the required specifications, so time is not wasted sorting through dozens of CVs. Their dedicated credentialing and licensing team assists the hospital's medical staff through the entire credentialing process to ensure each physician is credentialed on time for the scheduled assignment.
Working as Hayes' in-house team, Caxiam built a job board and an administrative console allowing them to post jobs and then sort through applications.
